Soothsayer

People today still try to foretell the future by reading cards, looking at a crystal ball, reading cups, reading your palm and many more stuff. Some people try to get a glimpse of their future so that they can probably avoid anything bad. Others do it so that they can see whether they get to meet that one person that might love them forever so they go to a fortune teller to see what they say about that. They feel like if they know some of their future they think it will be good so that they can learn a little about what's waiting for them in the future. Some people over do it with the future telling sometimes they believe everything the tellers say but when the time comes it never comes true.

Superstition

I barely read my horoscope only like twice a week. Sometimes I do follow what it says but sometimes I just let whatever it says come true to see if its really real. Sometimes I do believe that what it says can be fake but I just wait until something that it says happen, but most of the time is really doesn't come true. Honestly, horoscopes can't tell you what is gonna happen or what is in store for you. Some stuff I do believe I barely read my horoscope but I find it to be amusing.

Persuasion

Three things that I have been persuaded to do will be to clean my house in order to get the new white iPod touch. Another thing will be to babysit my sister so that I can go out with my friends and hang out till late. The last thing my parents persuade me to do is to keep m grades up and graduate so that I can get a vacation to the Dominican Republic. The reason why people have persuade me to do these things is because they know I really want to have and do the things the promise to give me if I do what I am suppose to do. I do it with a lot of pleasure because I really want to have all of the things I've ask for and in order to do that you have to work for it. My parents persuade me every time to do these things so that I can help out and also earn the stuff I work for.

Revenge

I don't really believe in revenge but when it comes down to something like killing it's a whole another level. The farthest I would go to obtain revenge for someone who kill my best friend will just be putting them to jail. I wouldn't do anything to hurt them I will just let them pay in a place where they will never want to be in. Jail would probably be the worst thing that a person can get from killing someone. When they are in jail many things can happen to them so I'll leave it to justice.

Friendship

If I was to found out my friend was plotting something to hurt the country I will try my very best to stop them. I would try to talk it out with them and tell him/her that was she's about to do will be something they will regret at a point of their lives. If that doesn't work out i'll probably follow them and just mess up their plan completely, I would tell them to not think of only themselves because there is other people that might be at risk. I think that  if you talk it out with someone and really give them good advice it might make them think twice about what they are about to do. Talking it out and giving advice will be the very best thing to do when your friend is thinking about harmful ways to hurt the country.

Leadership

The chracteristics of a leader are strong, confident, brave, fighter for whatever they believe, is respected for their decisions, and trustworthy.

A good example of a leader would be Rosa Parks. I think Rosa is a good example because she fought for her rights and took a step that no other person would of wanted to take. She was very brave and didn't let anything stop her, she felt confident about it and fought for what she wanted. Although she didn't suceed everyone looked up to her. I believe Rosa Parks is a leader because she gave the world a different view, blacks started to fight for what they deserved and everything was just different since Rosa took the step to change the world.

Emotions

Feelings are a reaction or an emotional state, it is the emotional side of someone's character.

Emotions are any particular feeling that characterize a state of mind such as sad, mad, love, and hate.

Regret

I think that one of the things that I regret was to be mean to my great grandmother. I feel really bad because we never had good times together and when she passed away I was very sad. I was sad because every time I used to treat her bad and not give her love, we used to argue all the time and we just didn't get along point blank. When she passed away it really hurt me because I really did loved her although I showed it in a very harsh way but I was really depressed when the news of her death got to me. I really wish to have her back and tell her that I love her and how much I regret treating her bad and just have one nice moment with her.

Haiku

I think the poem is talking about like a garden that someone might be sitting on and they like have a peaceful day just looking at the flowers opening up because is the start of a new season and the flowers. As they sit they are hearing the bell sounds that are fading in the air.The poem paints like bells sounding but then the sound dies out and the flowers blossom and the day is like very calm. 

Death

In the picture below I see a guy on top of a horse with a pointy blade. There is a snake in the ground following the direction of where the horse is headed. Death can be described in art with dark colors and dark images, also like the characters may have some dark emotions and facial expressions. In literature death can be expressed using very dark words and just mentioning the word death a lot. Weather can foreshadow a lot of what can happen in a picture or literature, that is mainly one thing that can describe death. The darkness in in the picture makes it seem like something horrible might happen and death can be a part of this.
